Importing orders from your store
Connect WooCommerce or Shopify and orders arrive on their own.
What comes in
Section titled “What comes in”Customer details, line items and quantities, order date and totals. Each imported line item is matched to a ShopLead product by SKU — a line whose SKU matches nothing arrives without a product, so it gets no lead time and no task template, and needs handling by hand.
What goes back
Section titled “What goes back”Order status flows back to the store as work progresses, so customers see movement without anyone re-keying it.
Manual orders
Section titled “Manual orders”Phone and custom orders are created directly in ShopLead, and behave identically once created. A custom line item has no product behind it, so its ship date and tasks are set by hand.
