Settings

Settings holds the options that apply across the whole organisation.

• Integrations — store, accounting and email connections. See Integrations.
• Members — who has access and at what role.
• Products — the catalogue, with lead times, shipping times and task templates.
• Jobs and step library — the job categories builders are qualified against, and reusable task steps.

Products are where scheduling starts

Two product fields drive everything downstream:

• Lead time — order date plus this gives the line item’s ship date.
• Shipping time — ship date minus this gives the build deadline.

Changing a product’s shipping time recalculates the deadline on open tasks for that product. Changing lead time does not retroactively move orders already in flight; use the bulk recalculation on the Line Items page if that is what you want.

Notifications

Web push can be enabled so builders get reminders on their phone. ShopLead is installable as an app on mobile.
