Integrations overview
ShopLead connects to the systems on both sides of the shop floor.

Connections are managed in Settings → Integrations. Credentials are encrypted at rest.
Notifications
Section titled “Notifications”Slack and Discord webhooks can be pointed at ShopLead events, and transactional email is sent for things like invitations.
If a connection stops working
Section titled “If a connection stops working”Most failures are expired credentials — a rotated API key, or a revoked OAuth grant. Reconnecting from Settings is usually the whole fix. Orders that failed to import while a connection was down do not backfill automatically.
