Account and organisations
Your organisation owns its data. Every user belongs to one or more organisations and switches between them from the account menu; data never crosses between them.

| Owner | Everything, including billing and deleting the organisation |
| Admin | Full operational access — scheduling, settings, members |
| Member | Day-to-day use, scoped to their own work |
Builders are members with a builder record attached, which is what gives them a calendar and tasks.
Inviting people
Section titled “Inviting people”Invite by email from the admin area. The invitation covers both cases: someone new creates an account and joins, while an existing ShopLead user gains a second organisation and can switch between them.
Multiple organisations
Section titled “Multiple organisations”Users belonging to more than one organisation switch with the org switcher. Everything — orders, builders, products, calendars — is scoped to the active one, so check which you are in before concluding that data is missing.
