Connecting

WooCommerce uses API keys generated in your WordPress admin, under WooCommerce → Settings → Advanced → REST API. Create a key with read/write access, then enter the consumer key and secret in Settings → Integrations.

Read-only keys import orders but cannot sync status back.

Live updates

A webhook pushes new orders to ShopLead as they are placed, so orders appear without waiting for a poll.

SKU matching

Imported line items match ShopLead products by SKU. A line whose SKU matches nothing imports without a product — meaning no lead time and no task template, so it needs handling by hand.

Tip

If imported orders regularly arrive with no tasks, compare SKUs between the two systems before looking anywhere else.
