Common questions
Section titled “Common questions”Why is the Assigned To list empty?Almost always a missing qualification — builders are only offered for jobs they are qualified for.
Why does a task have a deadline but no scheduled date?A deadline says when work must be finished. Scheduling says when someone plans to do it. They are different.
Why does a builder show no capacity?Capacity comes from availability. A builder with no hours entered has nowhere for work to land.
Why did an imported order arrive with no tasks?Its SKU matched no product, so there was no task template to generate work from.
