Connecting
Section titled “Connecting”Shopify uses OAuth rather than API keys. Start the connection from Settings → Integrations, authorise ShopLead in the Shopify prompt, and you are returned to the app connected.
Because it is OAuth, the grant can be revoked from the Shopify side — if imports stop, check there before assuming a ShopLead fault.
Delivery alerts
Section titled “Delivery alerts”Shopify connections surface delivery alerts where a promised delivery date is at risk, so they can be dealt with before the customer notices.
SKU matching
Section titled “SKU matching”As with WooCommerce, line items match products by SKU. See WooCommerce.
